Founded in 1968, we're a state-wide leader in public and private facility construction in Florida. We're generating over $250M in annual revenue on construction management and design/build services for schools, municipal buildings, and commercial projects. We're employee-owned and ranked statewide as a TOP PLACE TO WORK. We're growing our team and looking for a new Superintendent in our Fort Lauderdale office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites for multifamily projects.
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications.
Manage project schedules and budgets, resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with multifamily projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Knowledge of Multifamily Construction.
Knowledge of federal, stae, and local building codes.
Knowledge of Public Works Design and experience in Public Works projects is a plus.
