A&P Quality Control Inspector

Position Overview
The A&P Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft maintenance and repairs meet the required safety and quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and collaborating with maintenance teams to uphold the highest quality assurance practices in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
Document inspection findings and report discrepancies or issues to the maintenance team.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel to address quality control issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Review maintenance records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
Participate in quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license is required.
Experience in quality control within the aviation industry, specifically with corporate jets.
Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards related to aircraft maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
