We're looking for a Superintendent to join us with building out our Tampa office as we specialize in multifamily construction for wood frame apartments, single family for rent communities, garden style & high density mid-rise.

Our company is based out of Texas and has opening operations out of Tampa to help support our developer relationships on both the single family & multifamily space.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project completion
Coordinate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals and timelines are met
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track with schedule and budget
Manage and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and project schedule
Ensure all subcontractors are working in a safe and efficient manner
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
Lead and mentor on-site construction team members, including Assistant Superintendents and subcontractors
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to company and client standards
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to upper management

Qualifications:

3+ years experience with ground up multifamily construction or build to rent
Experience with ground up projects
Comfortability with Procore
Strong with leading team of Assistant Superintendents & Project Engineers
