Project Manager - MEP

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to oversee and manage MEP projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage MEP project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Lead the MEP project team and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures as necessary to address any issues that arise.
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize BIM processes and Procore Project Management System for effective project coordination and documentation.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Procore.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Creative thinking and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
