Position Overview
The Principal Engineer, Quality & Test is responsible for leading the quality assurance and testing strategies for our enterprise SaaS products. This role focuses on establishing robust testing frameworks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks for enterprise products.
Develop and execute quality testing strategies for B2B software and cloud-native products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development processes.
Ensure scalable testing methodologies are applied throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Mentor and guide junior engineers in quality assurance best practices and test automation techniques.
Analyze and improve existing testing processes to enhance product quality and reduce time to market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a focus on enterprise products and SaaS.
Strong knowledge of test automation architecture and frameworks.
Experience with cloud-native products and scalable testing solutions.
Proficiency in CI/CD integration and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
