Salary Range: $94,000 - $108,000 + 10% MBO

Position Overview
The Master Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the production scheduling process to ensure efficient operations and optimal resources allocation within the manufacturing environment. This role focuses on balancing supply and demand, managing materials, and aligning production schedules with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Coordinate with manufacturing, materials, and other functional teams to ensure timely execution of production plans.
Utilize MRP and ERP systems to optimize scheduling and inventory management processes.
Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production constraints.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines.

Qualifications

Education in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials management.
Proficiency in MRP, ERP and SAP software
