Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manager Java Developer to lead our development team in creating high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development along with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of developers. This role involves overseeing the software development life cycle and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Java developers to achieve project goals.
Design and implement scalable application architectures using Java technologies.
Oversee the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and microservices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code are maintained.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project delivery.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members in areas such as Spring Framework and Hibernate.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the development process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of the Spring Framework and Hibernate.
Experience in managing development teams and projects.
Proficient in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
