Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations in a food manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all equipment is properly maintained and operational to meet production goals while adhering to USDA regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment in the facility.
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify issues and ensure compliance with USDA standards.
Coordinate with production management to prioritize maintenance activities based on production schedules.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and supplies.
Ensure that all maintenance work is documented and reported accurately.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques.
Familiarity with USDA regulations and standards related to food safety and equipment maintenance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
