Position Overview
The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the systems and services, as well as providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Develop and execute scripts for automation of routine tasks.
Manage backups, security, and recovery procedures for systems and data.
Collaborate with IT team members to enhance system capabilities and performance.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools relevant to the organization's needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, CompTIA, and Linux environments.
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
