Location: ONSITE Monday - Thursday in North Hollywood, Work From Home on Fridays

Position Overview
The Event Producer is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events for our clients. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage the logistics of both B2B and B2C events, ensuring that each event meets the client's objectives and delivers a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and agendas based on client requirements.
Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to maximize profitability.
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and production, particularly in B2B and B2C environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
