Controls Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems for building automation, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Program and configure communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP
Utilize Eikon, SiteBuilder, and ViewBuilder for system integration and optimization
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and compliance
Collaborate with contractors and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines
Provide technical support and training to end-users on system operation and maintenance
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to controls engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Familiarity with communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP
Experience with Eikon, SiteBuilder, and ViewBuilder software
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
