What You'll Do

Design & Develop: Craft control systems and specify electrical components.
Program & Implement: Master PLC programming (Allen Bradley a must, Siemens, Omron a plus) and robotics programming (UR and Fanuc a plus).
Innovate & Troubleshoot: Lead machine and motion control, HMI design, IIoT, and networking.
Collaborate: Partner with sales, engineers, project managers, and production teams.
Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest standards of machine safety.

What You Bring

Expertise: Proven industrial control experience.
Flexibility: Juggle multiple projects with ease.
Communication: Stellar interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; Associate's degree and equivalent experience required.
Attitude: Quick to adapt, always positive.
Problem-Solving: Swift identification and resolution of issues.
Travel Ready: Up to 30% travel, primarily by car with occasional air travel.
