Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and optimizing our ERP system for improved financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes
Implement and maintain cost accounting systems
Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance on financial matters
Optimize the use of ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and analysis
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management team
Support external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
7+ years of accounting experience
5+ years of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting practices
Proficiency in cost accounting and financial analysis
Experience with ERP systems is essential
In-depth understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
