Compiler Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Compiler Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing compilers for hardware accelerators, focusing on improving performance and efficiency. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate compiler functionalities into various applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement compiler architectures for hardware accelerators.
Optimize compiler performance for NPUs and other hardware accelerators.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate compiler technology into products.
Contribute to open-source compiler projects, including TVM and XLA.
Conduct performance analysis and benchmarking of compiled code.
Develop tools and methodologies for compiler testing and validation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in compiler design and implementation.
Proficiency in C, C++, or Rust and familiarity with compiler frameworks.
Experience with hardware accelerators, including NPUs.
Knowledge of open-source compilers and projects like TVM and XLA or similar.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
