Founded in 1993, we are a highly respected law firm focused on estate planning, elder law, business law, and probate. We serve clients all over the Cleveland area with multiple locations. We are seeking a Trust & Estate Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team!

About the Position:

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment on a wide range of estate planning and trust administration matters. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong client relationships, and grow your career within a supportive and established firm.

Key Responsibilities:
-Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents

-Assisting clients with estate and gift tax planning strategies

-Handling trust and estate administration matters, including probate filings and trust funding

-Communicating with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals

-Conducting legal research and staying current on changes in estate and tax law
 

Requirements:
-J.D.

-Licensed to practice law in Ohio

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and/or trust & estate administration

-Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

-A client-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
